The La Union Standard Academy held its Grand Alumni Homecoming on December 23, 2006 at the LUSA Grounds. Highlights of the Homecoming were a Motorcade around Caba and the municipalities of Bauang and Aringay La Union respectively. It was attended by utmost 100 plus alumni from 1951 - 2006. Socialization was held which featured the re-organization of the LUSA Alumni Association; Dinner; games and a raffle draw. The reorganization resulted to the election of a new set of officers with Ador Ordinario as President; Perlina Maglaya-Dugenia, vice-president; Marissa Capito, secretary; Beatriz Picar-Orejudos, treasurer; Jesus Dugenia and Lemuel Zudiacal, business managers; Elizabeth Calica-Flores & Jessie Andrada, press relation officers; Phebe Ordinario-Gaspar & Jose Hernandez, auditors. Representatives from the different batches (1951-2006) were also assigned. Batches that were not registered were not represented.

Furthermore, the elected officers were nominated from those who were officially registered. Induction of officers followed with Mrs. Lourdes Capito, chairman of the board of directors inducted the officers. It was decided that the batches turning 25 and 50 years will sponsor next years alumni homecoming.
